Silicon Drain Pipe Heater​

In cold rooms after a certain time of operation there is build up of ice on the cooler fans and a deforesting cycle must take place. Electrical resistances are inserted between the fans to melt the ice and the water is collected and passed through drain pipes for disposal. Some waters if the drain pipes are inside the cold storage so consequently the water may freeze again. To avoid this problem silicon insulated drain pipe heater (antifreezing cable) is inserted into the pipe. It is switched on only during the deforesting cycle. Silicon insulated drain pipe heaters are designed to be placed at the bottom of collector trays inside refrigeration equipment in cold rooms, to prevent freezing and to allow condensate water to flow freely.
